CIM – Level 4

Marketing Concepts & Theories

As part of the Marketing Executive Apprenticeship you will begin by learning the fundamentals of marketing theory and processe. You will build a strong understanding of the extended marketing mix, brand positioning and the principles of stakeholder management. You will gain an understanding of budget management and why it is important to ensure marketing success.

CIM – Level 4

Business Understanding & Commercial Awareness

In this module you will gain an understanding of how marketing contributes to achieving wider business goals and learn effective strategies ad plans which can be put in place to support your business. During your Marketing Executive Apprenticeship you will understand your target audience’s decision making process and influence them with creative marketing activities whilst ensuring sector specific compliance and data protection regulations are considered.

CIM – Level 4

Market Research

Understanding the market your business is in is crucial for succesful marketing. Apprentices will learn the principles of effective data-driven market research and how this can influence marketing activity. Finding valid data sources, methodologies, useage and when to use quantitative and qualitative methods.

Products & Channels

Know your products and how to effectively market them! Learn the the basic principles of product development, the marketing landscape and how routes to market interplay most efficiently. Understand the benefits of different digital and offline marketing communication channels for effective marketing campaigns.
